A web-based management information system (MIS) plays significant role as a tool to manage data and information and produce data-driven reports. Such roles are important in decision-making process. In this current study, a web-based MIS for partnership purposes within the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Science Universitas Negeri Semarang has been developed. The development of the MIS aims to better manage the archiving of partnership documents. In addition, this development is also useful for supporting the monitoring and auditing of partnership activities within the faculty. The MIS was created using an iterative waterfall technique that may be easily expanded in the future. Bootstrap was used as a front-end framework to create the web-based system, while the database management system used MySQL. This paper outlines the structure of the system in order to provide a portrait of some features available to the end-users. © 2023 Author(s).
