This study aims to show a simple microscope made of 2 water droplets with a mineral water bottle media which is quite practical to use in a classroom learning. Two slices of a plastic bottle with a diameter of 8 cm and 6 cm were arranged vertically. The focus distance of water droplets on ocular lens was bigger than that on objective lens. To produce a clear image, the distance between the two lenses of water droplets could flexibly be changed. In addition, tissue paper was added at the bottom part to produce a non-dazzling light beam. The results of various microphotography through a smartphone camera-assisted water droplet microscope are expected to be an alternative learning media which is affordable and fun to teach science. © 2023 Author(s).
