Abstract

This study attempts to analyze student satisfaction with the use of ELENA (Electronic Learning Aid) as an e-learning platform. The research was conducted by observing the activities of Economic Education lecturers at Faculty of Economics Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) in using ELENA. Data on student satisfaction were obtained by distributing online questionnaires. Researchers used descriptive analysis techniques to describe the findings obtained regarding the use of ELENA by lecturers and student satisfaction with online learning. The results indicate that the lecturers are considered capable of utilizing ELENA for online learning. The most frequently used ELENA features include files, assignments, labels, and attendance. The level of student satisfaction with online learning (using ELENA) is in the good category. The lecturers can provide relevant information regarding course descriptions and learning achievements clearly at the beginning of the lecture. The lecturers are considered enthusiastic and orderly in presenting lecture material. The interaction made by the lecturer is sufficient by the students. However, students are not satisfied with the availability of the internet network and the devices used for challenging learning. The ability of lecturers to take advantage of ELENA's features must be continuously improved to create diverse online learning activities. © 2023 Author(s).
