As a key component, excellent service comprises two interconnected aspects: service and quality. An organization is given exceptional service if its service and quality meet or exceed stakeholders' expectations and demands. To enhance the quality of service provided by FMIPA UNNES to its stakeholders, the organization believes that it must continue to strengthen the capabilities of its resources (educational staff and infrastructure, including information technology) to deliver outstanding service to stakeholders. Students, professors, and the general public receive integrated service to receive great, long-term service. Developing integrated services need indicators to assess the validity of customer satisfaction; therefore, the customer effort score (CES) is attached, with CES providing input to FMIPA to continue building sustainable integrated services. An integrated service system that has been designed successfully provides satisfying outcomes, seen from the analyzing customer satisfaction with the CES. © 2023 Author(s).
