This study aimed to analyze the growth of M. anisopliae grown on reused corn medium, with the addition of coconut water. The method used was an experimental method consisting of three treatments with eight repetitions. The reused corn was washed, air-dried, and weighed as much as 25 g for each treatment. There were three treatments in this study: reused corn (K); reused corn +3ml coconut water (AK 11%); and reused corn +4 ml coconut water (AK 14%). The media were sterilized by autoclaving for 30 minutes. Then, one inoculation loop of M. anisopliae was added to each medium. Conidial density and viability were calculated 14 days after inoculation. The results showed that the highest value of conidial density occurred in AK 11% (3.61 x 108) and the lowest value occurred in the control treatment (1.62 x 108). The highest value of conidial viability was found in AK 11% (79.98%) and the lowest was in the control treatment (78.35%). It can be concluded that AK 11% treatment was the most effective to propagate M. anisopliae in terms of conidial density and viability. © 2023 Author(s).
