The chapters in this volume have begun to map the landscape of Indonesian education vis-à-vis equity and social justices through critical perspectives. Education is both not only having the potential to reproduce social inequality but also enabling social change. Whether as researchers, teachers, or policymakers, the complexity of policies and practices in education demands careful attention.
