The Job Creation Law changes several provisions in the investment sector, including licensing issues that must now be based on the level of risk of their business activities. This change also has implications for the electronic systems used as the vanguard of investment licensing in Indonesia. If previously used is the Online Single Submission System Version 1.1 since 2018, now with the existence of the Job Creation law, it has been transformed into an Online Single Submission Risk-Based Approach (OSS-RBA). The licensing system with OSS-RBA is not only used by domestic investors but also by foreign investors. The OSS-RBA system hopes to reduce Indonesia's ICOR (Incremental Capital Output Ratio), which will lead to increased economic competitiveness so that investment in Indonesia is identified efficiently. OSS-RBA brings hope for increased investment in Indonesia. Until now, there is still a need for further socialization and improvement of the RBA OSS System.
