Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the ability to think creatively in terms of self-confidence. Indicators of creative thinking ability consist of fluency, flexibility, originality, and elaboration. The research subjects were students in the Complex Variable Functions course. The number of research subjects was 31 people. The type of research used is qualitative. Data collection techniques consist of questionnaires, tests, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are collecting data, data reduction, presenting data, and verification. The lift is grouped into three categories based on self-confidence: low, high, and very high. Two people take each category of self-confidence as respondents. The results obtained are indicators of creative thinking ability to understand the problem, fluency, flexibility, originality, and elaboration. © 2022 Author(s).
