Intellectual property is a right granted by the state to intellectuals who produce works in the field of Intellectual Property, which have commercial value, either directly or automatically or through registration, as a form of recognition and appreciation as well as a means of legal protection. Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) have exclusive rights, meaning that rights are only owned by IPR owners, where no one has the right to enjoy them without the owner's permission. The management of intellectual property rights needs to be carried out by the community, especially intellectual property based on local wisdom. Local wisdom is the values that grow and develop in the community, and in this local wisdom can be identified as communal intellectual property. This article is an article from community service activities carried out by the service team. The purpose of this article is to describe the management of intellectual property rights based on local wisdom. Service activities are carried out by first analyzing the problems at SMK Bakti Purwokerto after that the service team will carry out a dissemination program of laws and regulations related to intellectual property. The final activity of the service team will be discussions, and forums for problem solving around intellectual property. The target audience for this service are teachers and staff at SMK Bakti Purwokerto.
