Disputes and conflicts during the disruptive period are inevitable in the life around us. The global community is characterized by caring for valid information, mastering information technology and having its own rules. One of them is educational institutions that handle vocational learning for students during the COVID-19 pandemic. Indonesia has been exposed to COVID-19 since March 2020 until now and has had an impact on the virtual (online) learning process. The purpose of this article as a service activity, first; Factors causing a virtual (online) learning dispute for students by teachers and school leaders during the transition period of the covid 19 pandemic at SMK Bakti Purwokerto; Second; A dispute resolution forum conducted to overcome the preparation of virtual (online) and hybrid offline (offline) and virtual (online) learning for students by teachers and school leaders during the transition period of the COVID-19 pandemic at SMK Bakti Purwokerto. This service activity begins with a pre-survey and partner collaboration to map out the problems and basic needs of partner institutions, then inventory laws and literature studies to visit partner institutions' locations in the form of education, mentoring and distributing respondent questionnaires. This service activity is carried out due to the COVID-19 pandemic having an impact on the world of education and aims to provide alternative solutions via data findings in dispute resolution forums. © Rini Fidiyani, et.al.
