Community service activities are a form of concern for universities to take part in community empowerment in the form of assistance. Community service activities are intended to improve or develop human and environmental resources in the village based on cultural values that will take advantage of local potential. This program is expected to create an independent village. In an effort to improve the economy of the community in Lobang Village, Limpung District, Batang Regency as a community service partner, the team took steps to plan activities to help solve problems related to coffee processing innovation. The training activity on making coffee cake was started by inviting the people of Batang Regency as the main target. The hope is that they will have provisions in processing coffee grounds which are indeed a superior potential in Lobang Village. © Delia Pangesti, M.
