The number of workers in Indonesia is relatively high, but most of them still do not have sufficient income. This shows that the awareness to invest is still low, this is shown from the number of people who are still looking for work and consumptive behavior which causes them to never think about investing, especially for the future. There needs to be optimization of investment programs by conducting training in several aspects related to before making an investment, when the investment process until it has entered retirement. For before doing the investment of course there needs to be a selection of the right investment, interviews that correspond to his identity and others. While when making investments and after investment is training in the field of rights that should be accepted by investors in order to remain prosperous even though it is no longer working. Devotion is carried out with a educatif by conducting several series of activities on an ongoing basis. Seeing the situation of one of them where many residential areas are not far from the industrial area, certainly make most of the population has a livelihood as employees of the company or corporate workers. The service is carried out in the field of the location that the service considers relevant to the issue raised, namely Jatijajar Village, Bergas Subdistrict. Such an approach is expected to support the validity of the results of devotion as a useful output. By applying the competency in the target location in order to know its benefits.
