This research aims to develop a counseling service model assisted by go couns application in Semarang Junior High Schools. This research was conducted using the Research and Development (R&D) approach, this approach was chosen to be able to meet the research objectives, namely to get the development of counseling services aided by the application of go couns to develop self-esteem in junior high schools in Semarang. Data collection uses a self-esteem scale instrument. Based on the findings in this study, it can be concluded that counseling so far has some frequency limitations between counselor and counselee due to limited time so that it is expected that through this application can help and solutions in handling counseling services in schools. © 2020, IJSTR.
