Abstract

Teacher performance is essential in the world of education, so proper monitoring has needed from private schools. E-portfolios have developed as a system to help assess teacher performance. It is making the system using the waterfall method with the black box system testing method and testing the effect of using eportfolios using the SEM method. Blackbox test results show that all functions of the e-portfolio run well. The analysis using the SEM method shows that e-portfolio has a positive influence on teacher performance by 0.72 with a significance level of <0.001. The existence of e-portfolio so the teacher can report the performance easily and the Principal can assess the teacher's performance efficiently and effectively. It has recommended that broader data collection needs so that this system can be used by teachers and various parties widely to be able to report on their performance. © 2020, Institute of Advanced Scientific Research, Inc.
