The main source of data of this research is the fundamental primary micro data used to measure the economic growth and employment macro variables. This research employs a path analysis model with one-path and two-path recursive forms. The research results show that the entrepreneurial productivity factor serves to be the main and first driver of regional economic growth and employment, followed by entrepreneurial commercialization and entrepreneurial competitiveness factors. © 2019, Allied Business Academies.
