Management Model of Social Capital-Based Schools to Improve teacher Performance. This study aims to produce a product in the form of a model used to improve teacher performance. The location of this study was at MI Brebes. Subjects consisted of cases selected purposively. The approach of this research is the Research and Development (R & D) approach using the Dick and Carey development design. The final product of this research is a social capital-based teachermanagement model that has been evaluated by education management experts and education management practitioners as well as limited testing. This development research produces products to improve teacherperformance. Social capital-based teachermanagement products are worthy of being used as a teachermanagement model in Brebes District, Central Java, Indonesia because the social capital-based teachermanagement model is statistically proven effective for improving teacherperformance. © 2019 IJSTR.
