The development of information technology in the 4.0 era demands the teachers to able to integrate technology in learning process. The latest concept related to technology integration in learning is known as Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge (TPACK). This research aims to determine the profile of chemistry teachers' TPACK (Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge) abilities. The type of research is survey research with research targets in the form of 26 chemistry teachers who teach at Senior High School in Surabaya, Indonesia. The instrument used to collect data is a TPACK questionnaire, which contains seven indicators, namely TK, CK, PK, PCK, TCK, TPK, and TPACK. The research data was analyzed descriptively and quantitatively. The results showed that the average TPACK ability score of Surabaya chemistry teachers was 83.48 in.the high category. The number of chemistry teachers who had TPACK abilities in the medium, high, and very high categories were 3 (11.5%), 13 (50%), and 10 (38.5%), respectively. © 2025 Author(s).
