The aims of dissemination to improve the quality of educational media of Game Physics Instructional (GPI) for Physics teachers at Tangerang and MGMP physics in East Jakarta, Indonesia. This training is for Physics teachers who are members of Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP) Physics as a learning application as a demand for the industrial revolution 4.0. Based on an interview with the head of MGMP East Jakarta, information was obtained that physics teachers have difficulty in accessing and developing physics learning media. So that physics teachers who have the skills to develop GPI media for physics learning are obtained. The participant of the community service is Physics teachers at in Jakarta and Tangerang with number 30 teacher. This the name Community services is PKM-WBUF is carried out in three stages of activities, namely preparation, implementation and evaluation. The Method dissemination preparation is carried out by conducting a preliminary survey to see the conditions in the field regarding the development of the teacher profession. The method in implementing PKM-WBUF is carried out through training, using the lecture method dissemination is step implementation introduction to GPI and its relevance to the 4.0 industrial revolution, Hands-on workshop on GPI design and development, Advanced GPI development techniques, Implementation and testing of GPI media and Evaluation and future applications. The result dissemination the all-teacher responses 27% had previous experience; 73% had difficulty accessing and developing learning media, 85% reported a significant increase in their ability, 80% felt confident integrating GPI media into their teaching dan 90% indicated a willingness to share their knowledge and skills. The participant Feedback on Training Program included Training was highly relevant to educational demands, especially in the context of the 4.0 industrial revolution, Training provided practical skills that could be immediately applied in the classroom and Support and guidance from instructors were key to successful completion. Media for physics learning and GPI capable teachers who can be accessed for free for physics learning who are ready to become professional teachers. © 2026 Author(s).
