Abstract

In the original version of this article, the statements of Ethical Approval and Informed Consent were missing. The complete Declarations section is given here: Ethical Approval The ethical review and approval were waived for this study since the survey was anonymous and gathered no sensitive data. Informed Consent Informed consent was obtained from all adult individual participants included in the study. Passive consent from parents or legal guardians was not required since all survey participants were 17 years old or older. Note that the survey focuses on Year 12 and former students. These procedures were in accordance with the institutional regulations at the time of data collection and received the waiver from the Research Ethics Committee of Kasetsart University.
